SHIPPING POLICY

Freshgear aims to deliver within the time period indicated upon checkout. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the time period specified. We shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, and other charges as a result of late delivery. If you are not present upon delivery, we may release the package to any authorized recipient upon presenting the following:

Valid ID of authorized recipient
Valid ID of Customer who placed the order
Signed authorization letter

If any or all of the above mentioned requirements are missing, we will not release or leave the package and we may leave a failed delivery card with contact details and/or instructions for re-delivery at a later date.

Shipping fees for orders:
Shipping is free for all items.

You will be sent an email upon dispatch from our warehouse in order to inform you that your package is on its way to the shipping address you specified upon checkout.

Metro Manila– 3-5 Business Days
Provincial – 5-7 Business Days
